Chicken Corn Soup with MushroomChicken Corn Soup with Mushroom

Jakarta has been a lil bit nippy these day, so I decided to cook something warm and nice. And since my daughter loves corn, so I decided to make chicken corn soup with mushroom.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken – cut 12 or anyway you like it
1 onion – chopped
5 garlics – peeled and crushed
2 leeks
2 can of wholesome corn
1 mushroom ( any type you want )
2 block of magi chicken stock
Celery
Cilantro leaf







How to make :

1.      1. Boil 5 glass of water, and in the chicken with celery. Boil the chicken until it turn soft.
2.      2. Saute the onion and garlic with 2 tablespoon of margarine then put it in the soup
3.      3. Dry the corn and put it in the soup
4.      4. After 15 minutes, put in the mushroom ( don’t cook it too long )
5.      5. Add cilantro leaf  when serve
