The Review Of OLAY TOTAL EFFECTS : normal SPF 15
Like a month ago I woke up from a deep slumber ( well actually its already 6 am ), washed my face and take a look at the mirror , and I see WHAT? … thin lines above my eyes .. oh yes, I’m totally not immune from getting older. I’m 33 years old, and still counting on my mothers beauty products to use on my face ( I never seriously bought one myself). I was kinda depressed after one look ( because it was totally visible, it tore my heart apart), then I checked other areas, and yes .. some in my forehead ( I’M DOOMED). So I thought yes it is the time to buy those expensive anti aging cream for my own benefits. Inten ..this is it … So I look and I look and I look ( well actually I was looking for the cheaper one). First my I tried my mom’s Ultima Anti Aging Cream, it was beautiful … so smooth ( I forgot have I done review over these?), every morning I wake up and checked, my face is smoother, but still that line exist ( I know it was suppose to be there, but at least reduce a little… I’m not asking for too much am I???)
Then as I walk across the ails of Carrefour, in the beauty product section, there were Olay – Total Effect Products ( yes.. I’ve seen the ads for like millions times on TV, the one that got me was Kajol, she told me about the 7 in 1 ANTI AGEING CREAM), then I look at the price, and it was totally tolerable to me …YES .. YES.. A big YES … so I bought OLAY TOTAL EFFET normal SPF 15 ( when I looked around it doesn’t have for oily skin, since mine is mix, so what the hell). I grab the 20g ( the small one – hey I have to try it first), then pau for Rp.48.000 ish… , and the other reason I took this one was because I often pick up my daughter from school using motorcycle … so I at least have to be protected from the skin cancer caused by the sun ….
At Home…
So I took a bath and applied it… and it surprise the hell of me, because it sure is smell sooooo nice. So unlike other face cream. Olay has strong scent that I could almost describe as.. ( well it was pleasant but I didn’t expect it from a face cream), anyway …. I applied … and for a few minutes, I feel a kinda hot/burn sensation across my face, but after a while it vanish, all I could smell was the nice aroma, even my daughter said I smell nice.
The second time I applied it, the hot/burn sensation was no longer exist.. so I thought maybe its because it was the first time, so then I give it ago, until one month later, people around me said my face looks brighter nicer, the scar that was left from zits ( need to remind you, that I had a lots of pimples in my face, so now the scar / flack still remain) gone. So I guess it works..

My Skin Type :
I think mine is mix, because some part were dry some part were oily specially on the T section

Texture :
Soft and smooth and smell really nice, kinda like perfumeee..

When To Apply :
Because it said to have spf 15 so I guess during the day was the best, I used to wear it before I put my face powder, or if im using make up ( and since I really love wet blush on from Maybelline) I use it after the olay application. And I sometimes also use it at night. ( so sue me )

Things You Need To Know :
Olay has lots of Total Effect Line Product, which I think is also great too ( I can’t wait to try them all, from the night cream, to eyes cream, and daily cream with a little touch of foundation, and of course serum). So I guess the next review will come soon.
