Synopsis :

Sungkyunkwan Scandal is set in Sungkyunkwan University in the late Joseon era during the reign of King Jeongjo, revolving around the exploits and love stories of four youths. When her younger brother's illness worsens and their family is in danger of being evicted from their house for lack of money, Kim Yoon Hee enters the school under his name, disguised as a boy in her desperation to support him. There, she becomes friends with the intelligent and upright Lee Sun Joon, the playboy Goo Yong Ha and rebellious Moon Jae Shin.

What I think :

Dramas about girl pretending to be a boy ... Last time I saw that kind was almost a year ago on You're Beautiful. And boy do I loved it. Then there's a movie Butterfly Lovers ( Sam Pak Eng Tay ), a chinnese Romeo and Juliet, that was my all time favorite asian movie. Then there's First Coffee Prince, that's not so bad either. And the latest is Sungkyunkwan Scandal.

It happen at the Jeseon Time ( Historical time for Korean), a girl who has to support her family enter a university ( that is forbidden for girls of course) and disguise herself as a boy. Since she's bright enough to enter the entrance exam, and by the King Decree, she has to enter the university. At first she hesitated, for she was afraid that her cover as a boy would be find out. But because of a certain someone, who was kinda blackmailing her, she then has no choice but to enter, beside the King himself decreed it.

There she met three other scholar, a smarty ( Lee Sun Jun ), a playboy (Gu Yong Ha) , and a rebel ( Moon Gae Shin). And she has to share her dorm with Lee sun jun and Moon Gae Shin.

At this place she learn about art, and literature and found love. While the other 3 scholar has feeling toward her, she only like Lee Sun Jun, for he always the one who help her trough difficulty and hardship. And while Lee Sun Jun has the same feeling, he tried to suppresed it, because he sees her as a man. And thats where to funny and romantic moments happen.

I think this drama is really great, the cast was terrific, even at first i didnt consider the main lead characther ( kim Yon Shik / Yon Hee) to be a pretty girl. But of course for that kind of role you need someone without conservative beauty.

They really acted well, specially Micky Yoo Chun ( who played Lee Sun Jun ), tho he's one of the boy of the KOrean boyband DBSK, he really acted very well, for someone who is idealistic and naive in the same way.

I've been doing anime marthon this week, and some I watched because of the manga I read earlier. I couldn't find my favorite manga being anime, so I choose the second one. BOKURA GA ITA. I love the manga - yeah I read it online... because I couldn't find it here. So Anyway this is my review of the series.

The Plot :

The story evolve around three character, Takahashi Nanami, Motoharu Yano and Masafumi Takeuchi. Nanami was a new student in her first year of highschool, there he met Yano, A classmate, whom she met accidently. Instantly She falls for her, and in no time confessed her feelings. But Yano was still in memory of his dead girlfriend, but later found out, that nanami's persistent really tug his hear, so then finally he asked her to be his girlfriend. But the buried feeling of his past girlfriend, and constant insecurities that nanami felt when she was with yano increases as she observed how close Yano relationship with Yamamoto Yuri ( sister of Yano's dead girlfriend) was, so she ask him what's his relationship with Yamamoto. And everytime, Nanami only got a brushed off attitude towards her question, there's Masafumi Takeuchi, who is Yano's best friend, who is constantly sooth her feeling whenever she felt down with Yano, in time Takeuchi confess his feeling during Nanami and Yano's break up.

• Nanami "Nana" Takahashi (高橋 七美, Takahashi Nanami^?), the series protagonist, is a high school girl who falls in love with the popular Yano Motoharu. They struggle with issues of trusting one another as the shadow of Yano's dead girlfriend, who was with another guy at the time she died, looms over them. In the manga, eventually Yano's inability to let go and her inability to focus on the future rather than the past lead to their breaking up. She eventually begins dating Take, but is unable to forget Yano completely. When Take proposes, she rejects him, then begins searching for Yano after meeting one of his coworkers and learning where he is. In the anime adaptation, she is voiced by Nozomi Sasaki.

• Motoharu Yano (矢野 元晴, Yano Motoharu^?) is a popular high school boy whose girlfriend, Nana, was killed in a car crash while out with another guy. He has a hard time trusting Nanami, and displays jealousy and possessiveness, to the point of physically abusing her. As the series progresses, he wrestles with his feelings for his dead girlfriend versus those for the living Nanami, whom he even calls "Nana-chan" at times. Yano moves to Tokyo with his mom, but after half a year he stops contacting Nanami, effectively breaking up with her. Eventually it is revealed that his mother killed herself, after which he disappeared. He reappears four years later, living with Yamamoto but still remembering Nanami. In the anime adaptation, he is voiced by Hiroshi Yazaki.

• Masafumi "Take" Takeuchi (竹内 匡史, Takeuchi Masafumi^?) is Yano's close friend and becomes a friend and confidant for Nanami after she begins dating Yano. As the series progresses, he finds himself falling in love with her, leaving him unsure how to proceed. When Yano breaks up with Nanami, they begin dating. He eventually proposes, but she turns him down. In the anime adaptation, he is voiced by Takuji Kawakubo.

• Yuri Yamamoto (山本 有里, Yamamoto Yuri^?) is the younger sister of Nana, Yano's late girlfriend. She had a crush on Yano even while he was dating her sister. A week after Nana's death, Yano had sex with her. She originally believed he was simply using her, but later suspects he was pitying her. After Yano begins dating Nanami, she becomes an obstacle for their relationship as Yano continues displaying some closeness with her. In the anime adaptation, she is voiced by Erina Nakayama.

What I think :

I so loved the manga, but then I watched the 25 episodes of the animes, the first 10 was quite good and kawaii, but as the plot goes, I find it reallllllllyyyyy boring. How Nanami showed her insecurities and cries all the time, I mean please. Plus why is it that the side charachter never gets the girl. It was such a shame, becos after 20 episode, my vote Goes for Takeuchi, not Yano. But the good thing about the anime was the song. It full of cool song and was good.

What’s the movie about :

Takuma, a boy who is told he will die before he’s 20, and Mayu, a girl who is in love with him…
The story begins when they are little kids. Mayu, whose father is a doctor, meets Takuma, who is hospitalized in her father’s workplace. They develop feelings for each other, but Mayu learns of Takuma’s grave illness and that he will die before he turns 20. The distraught children make one promise for an uncertain future.
Time passes, and the girl becomes a young woman, and the boy, a young man. Mayu continues to support and love Takuma. On the other hand, Takuma, who knows his days are numbered, pushes away his feelings for Mayu and distances himself from her. He cannot stand to see her cry or hurt her more than he already has. Then Mayu meets another man who has feelings for her, and Takuma meets a woman who has the same illness, and their feelings for each other begin to waver.
Misunderstandings, unsaid thoughts, the frustrations and chagrin of youth… What will become of their love while the clock keeps ticking away in Takuma’s life?

What I think :

First of all I have to tell you guys, that I love the manga. The book was full of romance, exactly my type.
And on this movie, it has a lot of tear jerking moment when they used to be a little children, and romance as they grow up. The actors who play the character was really believable and lovable. I love Inoue Mao on Boys before Flower Japannese version, and Masaki Okada really picture Takuma as a positive person who really wanted to love his childhood sweetheart.
The chemistry is totally there, and some parts theres also funny moments. But what I love about this movie was that it not really side away from the manga. And I recommend you guys to see it ASAP. You can checked it on www.dramacrazy.net. Hope you guys like it as much as I do

Early this year, I put some movies that I really wanna see, like, Harry Potter, The Bounty, Knight and Day, Letter to Juliet, Kites, etc, and here are my Review or mostly what I think about them.

1. The Bounty Hunter

In 2002, Chapman University hosts a televised interview with psychiatrist Dr. Abigail "Abbey" Tyler. She tells her story of an alien abduction incident at Nome, Alaska in October 2000.
In August 2000, Abbey's husband, Will, is mysteriously murdered one night in his sleep, leaving her to raise their two children, Ashley and Ronnie. Dr. Campos, a doctor from Anchorage, encourages Abbey to take some time off but she refuses, stating that Will’s research must be continued.
Abbey returns to Nome to tape hypnotherapy sessions with three different patients, all of whom have the same experience: every night they have each seen a white owl at their window staring at them. Abbey puts a patient named Tommy under hypnosis, he then begins screaming and leaps off the couch. After Abbey awakens him, she asks Tommy what he saw but he refuses to answer and leaves. Later that night, Tommy holds his family at gunpoint, demanding to speak to Abbey. After a brief conversation with her, he mumbles something in a strange language then kills his family and himself. The local Sheriff, August, suspects that Abbey’s hypnosis is to blame.
The next morning, Dr. Campos arrives in Nome to see Abbey. He joins her for a session with another patient named Scott. While under hypnosis, Scott starts shaking and foaming at the mouth. After awakening him, Abbey suggests that Tommy and Scott were possibly victims of alien abduction. Abbey's secretary, who was earlier instructed to make a transcript of Abbey’s tape recorded notes from the previous night, hands her the tape and hastily leaves the room. Abbey plays the tape which starts with her talking normally, until the tape goes quiet; Abbey is heard breathing heavily then screaming hysterically and a metallic voice is heard speaking in the background in the strange language. Abbey is shocked by the recording, not recalling any of those events happening. She then returns home and finds scratch marks in the floorboards that match up with her broken fingernails.
Abbey decides to contact, Dr. Odusami, who specializes in ancient languages. Once in Nome, he identifies the language on the tape as Sumerian. Later, Abbey gets a phone call from Scott’s wife who tells her that Scott is in hysterics, with an unexplained bruise on his arm; Scott demands to be hypnotized again. Under hypnosis, he bolts up, screams, and levitates while speaking in Sumerian. Later, Sheriff August goes to Abbey’s house and tells her Scott’s neck is broken and he is paralyzed. Convinced she is responsible, he begins to arrest her, but Dr. Campos arrives and pleads for clemency. The sheriff relents, but says she cannot leave her house, and places a deputy outside her residence.
At 3:33 am, the deputy awakens to something in the sky. He then rushes into house to find Ashley has gone missing. A hysterical Abbey claims Ashley was abducted by aliens. The sheriff thinks she is insane and removes her son from her custody. To get Ashley back, Abbey decides that she must make contact with these beings, and the only way to do that is to be hypnotized.
Dr. Campos and Dr. Odusami tape her session and, once hypnotized, she remembers seeing the white owl looking at her, smiling. She then says it is not really an owl, and begins screaming. She also screams various words in Sumerian, yet it is not her voice. Something is then injected into her shoulder and she remembers drills. Abbey later wakes up in the hospital with a neck brace on. Sheriff August reveals to her that Will committed suicide, because whatever he was after drove him to the edge. Abbey concludes she must have unknowingly created a delusion to repress the actual events of that night.
During the 2002 interview, Abbey says her patients and herself were all abducted then returned. They have no memory of where they went, but remember a feeling of total hopelessness. The interview ends, revealing Abbey is in a wheelchair, as her neck was also broken.
The film ends saying that Abbey was cleared of any wrongdoing, particularly in the disappearance of Ashley, who was never found. Her son, Ronnie is estranged from her. Abbey left Alaska and now lives on the East Coast of the continental U.S. It is also stated that Nome has had the highest number of unsolved disappearances in all of Alaska, and the FBI has visited them more than any other Alaskan city in the last fifty years.

What I Think :

The footage using in this movie really gave a real effort, it sure hell make me believe that the movie was really from a real event. After the movie finished, me and my brothers basicly argue, whether or not Alien were here and had made contact with us. If they are only want to study or examine us, why not use the book of Human Anatomy where they can find easily. I mean If we were the one who are more inteligent, and will we made contact? instead of abducting them,.

The movie was much way better than  paranormal activity, and I think , so i give it 4/5

Movie Review – Pope Joan or Die Papstin: Film About Women in the Church During the Middle Ages

I'm so in love of this product, it was so soft and really colour your lips without being smudgy. It gave you a matte look without being to dry.. overall I gave this one a 5/5




To get my Look  ( lol ... it is if you wanna know FYI I'm on my period so forgive for my pimples )

1. Freshen your face or make it clean with soap *( for I'm just having my bath so its no problemo, I hate it when my skin is in the oily state, totally no for a make up.
2. Apply moisturizer / a day cream your to make your skin moist, because I think without it my skin would look drab. ( you can choose any day cream from www.oriflame.com 
3.Apply a make up base ( on this one I use Ultima ii - its becouse its my favorite, make my skin softer I think)
4. If you have a panda eyes or theres a darck circle bellow your eyes, then apply an eye concealer ( I wore ABSOLUTE CONCEALER for eye in Gold from Oriflame ) as seen as below

5. Apply loose powder ( I don't like press powder, too much foundation) On this one I wear Ultima ii face nakeds powder... loved it.
6. Apply Giordani Gold Dolce Vita Eyeshadow in Pearl arould your eye bone ( below your eye brow) and all over your eyelid, specially at the end of your eye.
7. Mind your eyebrow ( I'm into Marion Cottilard eyebrow from Nine... ( even as you can see i'm mimicking her make up)

8. Apply a white eye liner along your lower eye line ( it is to make it look bigger ), I use one form thebodyshop
9. Apply a black eyeliner ( i use pencil one form Oriflame : Giordani Gold Eye Pencil ), ant the end of your eye line, then make a flick, to make a cat eye look )


10. Clean it with your face brush and apply a nude lipstick or bold one like red engine kind of thing...
