ON MY WAY TO GETTING THINNER
Goal : Losing 10 kg in 40 days
Requirements : Running shoes, dumbell and yoga mat
How am I going to do it :
I'm going to force my self to exercise ( hopefully not too much), I will also start to run again, at least in the afternoon, since I obviously can not do morning. I am also installing apps, and start to read on good healthy food ( which reminds me, that I so want that garlic onion chicken wings from Nanny's ).
I am also going to update this post, everyday, so you won't miss my ridiculous journey over it, I'm going to set my blogspot on my phone.
My Expectation :
Of course to lose 10 kg, in 40 days, so it will be 0,25 kg a day ( I'll Google if it;s even possible )... yup there is an article, that you in fact can achieve all of that ( with self control, and eat less food, I'm not sure If i will have energy to run tho :( ) here is the link to it.

What I'm currently doing right now :
downloading apps, read those diet and wight loss exercise, read those healthy food that are good for you
Today is actually my fourth day doing challenge, when I talk about challenge, I mean challenges, either something physical, like a 30 days planking challenge, or a no sugar on my coffee challenge.
Question : should I weight myself? because I pretty much do this every time I go on dieting, and every time I failed, and feels so disappointed, and humiliated.
I once read, that you should make a diary of things you do and things you eat, as a reminder, whether you're doing good, or doing shitty :)
So here it goes :
Day 1-4 : 27th - 30th of March 2015
I started the day with 1.5 minutes planking, yup that was hard. I'm not suppose to eat anything at least until it's 12 pm, so I usually don't have breakfast. Again it was hard, having breakfast on my everyday life for almost 3.5 months ( NO, I'm not blaming on my previous work space), I feel like I'm missing something. Any who, I have been downloading and installing some serious apps ( like 30 days ab challenge), on to my phone, so hopefully it's going to be good and motivating.
Day 5 : 31st of March 2015
NOPE !!!! nothing is happening yet, i haven't done all those exercises, let alone those challenges. So freakin frustrating... and, I have no challenge for today. I feel so depressed :(.
Today, I had toast with 2 eggs at 9 am, a sardine with 1 scoop of rice at 11, noodle soup at 3pm, Starbuck Iced Capucino at 4 pm, and Green Tea Frappucino at 5 pm, there goes my will power. So I take it, that I'm going to give today a rest, and starting tomorrow, it should be back ( yes, I'm talking about my so called WILL POWER ). I actually attending my friend's wedding, hhmmmmmmm worried now, I have nothing to wear. So enough for sitting at starbucks, not only it wasted my money, also my will power, note to self : go to a more healthy place / cafe. -- alright , I'm going to publish it now
Day 6 & 7 : 1st & 2nd of April 2015
Yesterday was my bf wedding, tho I ate lunch at Mie Ayam Jakarta, I did eat dinner at her wedding party, her mom made this awesome dishes, chicken satai, potato with quill egg, hhhmm, so freakin yum, and I proudly say that I ate moderately, I think it's due to the hunger. I ate at 12.30 pm and had dinner at 7 pm.
I'm leaving to Bandung today, I am sad to let you guys know that I bought my self a choclate puff eclair from papabeard ( sooooo good ), in Bandung I can't help my self to buy this tofu and Bala Bala gorengan.
Afterward I went to Braga Citiwalk ( I am still here as i speak ), eating this dessert thing, which cost me some money, and taste so mediocre, then went and have lunch ( teppanyaki sirloin steak ).. yup.. so far I'm doing good ...NOT
Day 8 - 11 : 3rd April - 6th April 2015
I have to admit, that I did spend my days in Tasik, vacationing from everything healthy, I mean damn, I must have gained 3 kgs by then, I ate everything, from noodles to fried foods. I just couldn't help it, if you happen friends with me on my FB, you could see pictures of those foods. They are ridiculously un-healthy but so damn good. Anywho, I went back to Bali 2 days ago, so far, I keep my appetite in check, no more late nights snacks and dinner, i put everything back on perspective, hell, I even do OCD again ( Obsessive Courbuzer'd Diet ), you can Google it, I've been trying to get it right since last year.
Day 12 : 7th April 2015
Bought a new shoes, with a good deal :). And started to run today. Back to week 1 of my C25K aps. Felt good and tire. Lung feels going to explode, ... but Im Cool :)
I also had 1 big lunch today, and drink lots lots lots of water. Been reading some healthy stuff about diet, and hopefully i can continue my run tomorrow .... OF COURSE I CAN ...!!!! Get your butt moving women ..!!!!!

Day 13 : 8th April 2015
Had an early morning with mum, use the C25K Apps, and run for the whole 30 Minutes ( well not really, Im going back to week 1 Day 3. Had lunch ( a burger ) at smorgas cafe ( feel so guilty, but I figure I'm not going to get a dinner anyway, a cappucino and ice tea.
Went to starbucks in the afternoon to get some work done and this brand new coffee, just like I had in Vietnam. And guess what, I managed to not eat dinner. I did bought grocery and choose lots of veggies
Day 14 : 9th April 2015
Made this tumis pare, soooo good, also made my first lemon juice with warm water. I weight my self, and I lose 1 KG !!!! wo hoo.... DO NOT FEEL HAPPY FIRST... still have 9 Kgs to go. But Keep going... dont lose track. A friend just text me, he said to continue my Aikido lesson, I think i just might.
Day 15 - 20: 10th April 2015 - 15th of April 2015
So I have been doing my diets, no eating dinner after 5pm, since my OCD warns me not to anyway, and I run periodically, every 2 days, have to tell you tho, I am not as strong as before, OMG i sucks ass ... I feel so freakin sad, BODY ..... please don't fail me yet.
I did see some changes, at some points, my shorts is fit again, doesn't feel it too small anymore, and Ive been eating good food, meaning, I cook, eat little rice, and lots of veggies, overall, Ive ben good :).
