DAY 3 TO LOSING WEIGHTS
Hi Guys ....... back again on day 3... Have to say that I feel good. I don't feel the hurt from the hunger. Infact, I'm getting use to it. So heres what I do today.
Oh I got to tell you this first, yesterday ( on day two) I ate papaya and a banana for my lunch, and for my dinner I made tomato grill salad ( I've put the recipe yesterday). And at night before I went to sleep, I ate half banana to calm my stomach, so yes.... it's pratically banana diet. And guys, stay away from carb. Since I live in a country which eat rice almost everyday, I quit rice 100%, and you know what, today I weighed and I am now 70 kg, so I officially lost 2 kg .. yey.
So today, I woke up with a warm water, remember guys, always get you a drink after you wake up. And after I took my morning bath, I drank a glass of water again and eat a banana. ( I recently read this article about banana diet -- where you eat a banana every morning with a warm water -- it'll get you full until you have your breakfast.. or you can read the article at http://morningbanana.com )
I was thinking on buying some mushroom for my lunch, check out this site http://www.3fatchicks.com , it has lots of great recipes.I'm going to make Zuccini Rattatoulie for dinner. Here's the reipe as you seen on http://www.3fatchicks.com/diet-recipes/zucchini-ratatouille/, I'll let you know when it's done. But I dont think I'm going to use cheese.
Notes : Try to use healthy cooking oil if you want to cook something, I use Olive oil, and I read that orn oil is better than coconut oil when your dieting. But please don't fried your food often, find recipe that use steaming, or boiling.
For Your Info :
I've read this article on the internet about corn tortillas, and how it has been a source of food diet for most latin american. Corn tortillas are a low-fat, low-sodium food and provide potassium, calcium, and fiber in less than sixty calories per serving ( http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0PCH/is_2_5/ai_n6009314/) And since I'm a big fan of tacos, I think I'm going to try to make some vegetables taco, or just make some salsa dipping using the tortilas.
You also can try to eat corn, before I was hesitate because I thought corn has lots of carb in it
Corn consist of vitamin B1 which is good to maintain your memory, vitamin B5 and folate, dietary fiber, vitamin C, phosphorus and manganese.
You can try to boil or steam a corn ob, and add a litte olive oil before you it,
And here were the 10 list of low calories fruit ( as written on http://www.dietbites.com )
